What's up with that?
Terrific concise summary. Thanks.
You plug it in, and it dont work. You have hope so it goes back in the box. After about 3 or 4 rounds of gotcha, it's ok to be thrown in the bin. Even then, you will give it 1 more look.
Our wireless society has lots of wires
For working stuff you don't need, can donate it to a school or library
Then the power cables. Then the power adapters. Then the network cables.
I mean, the glorious cables
I DO occasionally realize I don't have one long enough, though....
That's a variation!
not that i don't have a few dozen of those regardless...
I have a trove of all sorts of cables, mostly audio, but also digital. “Never know when it/they will come handy!” etc…

or, even worse: too short
I have a huge box of them all that overtime has turned itself into a huge birds nest.
Ok I need more cables.
I did a similar exercise with Ethernet cables. I still have at least 50 of them.
Now, if only I could let go of my parallel and SCSI cables...
Do I have and device with Micro USB Hell no!
But someone may ask always right?
Than what I gonna say, I had but throw it away??
It's always Morally Correct
I could NOT believe that I had to order and pay for an HDMI cable recently.
