America’s Constitutional crisis was 2017-2024, starting as soon as the Constitution’s bans on bribery were no longer in effect, and going through the elevation of an anti-Constitution criminal granted permission by the Supreme Court to break laws.
We are now in the post-Constitutional crisis.
We are now in the post-Constitutional crisis.

He references one towards beginning.
They're all very informative and while alarming, not alarmist.
I've learned a tremendous amount for them.
While it’s not political, there are two that are definitely relevant: “Strange Leaf” and “Tear It Down.”
“Tear It Down” is “horror poetry” from the perspective of a tyrant, a mad “accelerationist.”
The selfish rich know they're lying.
The propagandists and manipulators know they're lying.
The cult is mostly hateful, racist and ignorant. And self-righteously judgmental.
Remember, the Democratic Party is better for health, science, environment, education, women, seniors, children, workers, diplomacy, economy, trade, governance, public health and safety, justice, world leadership, alliances, and the future of Life on earth.
I'm hoping it's not a long fuse so we can get on with life.
Citizens United was 2010.
Globally, China is ready to fill the vacuum America is leaving behind.
The resistance has Florida ballots with a white sticker on Gore's oval and Bush's oval filled in. Basic ballot box stuffing.
It seems to me that the declaration of a Constitutional crisis is just a name for the end of democracy. Rule of law is over. Might makes right.
You're right about the impacts: "end of democracy. Rule of law is over. Might makes right."
Executive branch, including military, has the guns and the right to use them.
Will the military choose the Constitution, or the lawless president?
But really it started when social media was allowed to broadcast out and out lies without vetting origin and content. That started way before 2016.
It got even worse in 2003, when George Bush created ICE.
What we are living now is a result of this disease that has infiltrated our entire system.
Congress & Senate are OK on $174,000-284,600 to *talk* hard, tho!
It's like they forget that the Civil War officially started at least a year before the first guns were fired. We're in the midst, not on the precipice.
And they still are.
That’s their political strategy.
LET Trump hurt America & voters as much as possible.
Voters must be PUNISHED enough now, so they will vote for Democrats in 18 months.
It got filed in 2017 and the court just sat on it because they knew if they took it up they'd have to rule against him.
People are all the time stumbling around in the dark wondering why " Trump acts like he's above the law"... Because he is.
He has known his whole life law doesn't apply to capitalists.
It's part of the reason it's so galling to hear them shriek about law and order.
Conservatives have never been the law order party.
Just the "order" part. Law being a tool.
Apparently there is honor among (some) thieves
Banning bribery was so important, the Founders had the Constitution forbid it three times, including as the only directly named impeachable offense besides treason.

Sadly he's not bound by the rule of law anymore.
Everything that led to this moment SHOULD have been prevented.
The Supreme Court made special exceptions to the Constitution for Trump. Twice! A plurality voted for him *as a convicted felon.* The AG can’t overcome that.
If we have to depend on the voter for something that should have taken care of it long before them, what's the point? Why bother?
The 'Oh, but not like that' exception doesn't matter, except to people who want to get angry at Merrick Garland.
Look at what Pam Bondi has done in less than 100 days and tell me Garland couldn't have moved quicker. Even BIDEN admitted it -
The U.S. pissed away the entire 21st century & then some.
Let's make it happen!
It was the best argument against instituting a republic.
That’s complicity. Complicity like that is a big part of why we’re in this mess.
Do you remember the televised bribery hearings? Me neither.
Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8…its right there! Could not be any clearer what their responsibility was.
They yearned for everything to get back to “normal.” Many of them still do.
- we were content to be in power again. Evil will always exist but I blame the Dems for not shining a light. Democracy is at stake and the best Schumer can do is a strongly worded letter..
