I feel like it'd be useful for someone to draw up a graphic of the people who'd leave DOD/contractors if Pete Hegseth had his way.
Lots of Republicans will vote for an alleged sexual assailant (the all voted for Trump, after all!). But it'd be useful to lay out they're voting for gutting military.

"C'mon, lads. Put down your video game controllers. It's time for the real thing."
Those “desk jockeys” are OPS planners, rqmnts developers for the front line warriors, the logistics.
Hegseth = same
But it'd be useful to have a way to ask, "So Mr. Hegseth, you want to get rid of these 1000s of people in area of critical expertise. How will you replace that?"
The position needs to be that he is just not qualified for the job. No where near qualified.
It's all Fox talking points, and he has no idea what the fuck he's doing
But the media will fail to ask any serious questions
- 'won't be a problem'
- 'we will still have *plenty* of people left'
- 'critical expertise is all in the pvt sector'
One of the issues (IMO) is that I rarely see follow-up questions to answers like those above (above answers quickly fall apart under scrutiny)
