No. He did not handcuff a child. If you google it there are any number of videos showing the child jump up when the woman is stood up and the cops hand her something.
I’d be so effin pissed at my wife for having our child anywhere near a public fight, let alone one where a gun was reported being seen in the possession of one of the players.
I think that cops need their own version of Luigi. I guarantee that after a couple of crooked cops are taken out that the rest of them might start thinking about their actions
I am the last to defend excessive force by police. It is not unusual to detain all adults involved, until the investigation is complete. The officers must think of the public’s and their safety while determining who has the gun. The cop with the gun, over the top, especially after she was cuffed.
Point out the cuffs on those wrists. You think the cuffs are small enough to fit 3year olds? THERE ARE NO CUFFS!! She is holding her hands behind her back.

I don't know the context, but seeing the baby girl spread her own body against the ground like her mu, as she's arrested is something, is something one can't unsee.
This doesn't make the photo much better. A dude got into a fight so they stopped the car, handcuffed HER and her child? There's a lot of missing information, and what's here doesn't make the police look good.
It really makes you wonder what parents are thinking. What are they doing with a 3 yr old when they can’t control their anger and end up in an altercation and possessing a gun?? That poor child!!!

The Woman complied and it's absolutely horrific the Toddler witnessed anything.
More so, she will never forget laying on her belly and seeing a cop with a gun, even at three (3).

Yes I did hear that but I’m just wondering what they were doing with a 3 yr old in this situation. We weren’t there so hard to know the whole story but one way or the other it was horrific for this child. I have a 3 yr old granddaughter and it makes me sick to think of this.
