You're now getting things badly wrong. This is absolutely a bonkers plan borne of the authors disliking of the Labour leader 🤷. Clearly miss the bleedin' obvious - the Cons & Reform = more or less the same entity, just need rid of Farage.

You're right that it will deliver Cons + Reform = the raving bonkers party. Slash n burn on the cards.
When will people of the Left realise there are only two political realities in play in any given democracy?
1. That the further Right are ruthless idiots.
2. And that the further Left are just idiots.
Progressives need to work together not fight over who is the purest socialist.
Then set up new laws and institutions to enforce them and keep the malicious interference of the rich at bay.
Also completely rewrite corporate entity laws, structure and landlord ownership.
No biggie.
It’s a travesty that most people vote for left-leaning parties yet we get right wing governments - Starmer included.
