Simple story now. For the legal trials, Trump won and the Biden Administration lost. Most of the blame goes to Garland. Blame also goes to SCOTUS. Time to move on to the massive corruption and ineptitude which will cause a recession and inflation. That will stick on Trump.

I’ll be honest. My confidence in the legal system is extremely low as long as this SCOTUS has the final say. I can see Trump asking for case dismissals w/o prej to not apply to POTUS and them agreeing. I think it’s going to take a SCOTUS redo for me to ever have hope again.

I love legal logic, though not an attorney, but it feels like over and over again, lawyers have a great time telling me how something will play out due to smart legal tactics, then SCOTUS says actually the president CAN assassinate someone without repercussion. Just not sure how we get out of this.
