I think of all the children that will be born and neglected, abused, unwanted. Welfare will triple, and homelessness will also increase. The only person who should be making these kind of decision is the person who is pregnant, and her doctor.

No. They literally never have a say. Ever. If a wife chooses to make choices with her husband or spouse that's different. If she changes her mind and doesn't do what her spouse wanted. That's OK to. Never. Ever. Men don't have a say over a women's body because you shot your load in her.
My notion is that for men, the first abortion is without issue. The second one, you lose a testicle. That way, a man can only ever have 3 abortions in his entire life and after the first, we are much more careful what we do with our junk.

Yes I agree whole heartedly women and women alone should make that choice. But until we can get that codified please mothers and fathers tell your children to limit the risk by taking birth control meds . Even condoms are not fool proof. I encourage all parents to talk to their children even teens .
