They want to kill the "engine for social mobility" because they believe denying people college education helps keep them in power while the wealthiest among us have decided wealth is a zero sum game. Education brings income gains, which means you’re taking money that belongs to Trump, a real no no.

It's either money they currently hold (and thus, theirs), or money they just haven't gotten *yet* (and thus, "theirs" as well).
I see nothing wrong with offering trade schools to students who might not want to attend college !
Making it harder economically is wrong
The more educated you are, the less likely you are to vote GOP much less MAGA.
To preserve their electorate they literally need to stop people from going to college.
