unreasonably frustrated that skype is going away. besides google voice, are there any other desktop apps that allow you to a.) dial out to a regular phone number & b.) record it in such a way that the audio can be easily split into multiple channels? (can you even do the latter with google voice?)

I don't know if Teams can do multiple channels, but Audio Hijack on Mac can do all kinds of audio routing, which might help.
