I caught a clip of that show at a friend's house and thought it looked interesting. Seemed to be giving off a "Lost" vibe; people stuck in a place they can't escape and don't know why.
It is the same writers from Lost. I watched that as well. You will get hooked. It can get gory, but cool twists by the end of season 3. Keeps you guessing.
OMG! when I read it I thought it would be a tremendous movie! I just hope this series doesn’t deviate from the book as much as Under the Dome and Mr. Mercedes did.
I enjoyed this story when I read it! A lot of the recent stuff has a sense of hope that is absent in a lot of the earlier horror/thrillers. Still very much King, but it’s awesome to see growth in such a long standing and prolific author. Looking forward to the adaptation of this!

Nope. Not that it one. But we are still talking about The Life of Chuck. Whether you intended it to have many levels of meaning we found them. Both of us ruminated on them all night making sleep difficult. And we are talking about it tonight. And probably will for a while.
That’ll made a splendid movie. If they don’t mess with it too much. It’s exciting enough without meddlesome film people spoiling the impeccably-built suspense. Just saying.
I'm often disappointed by the films but occasionally they capture the essence of the book.

💡 I keep reading about THE INSTITUTE and I can't help but thinking how much the novel & the new series is VERY VERY SIMILAR to the 1978 Brian De Palma movie "THE FURY" (it almost sounds like a reboot) 🤔
