If the candidate doesn't answer to please the AIs they'll never get through the filter. Then a human reviews the applicants who made it through declares them phonies. The company then hires the internal candidate they wanted in the first place.

As an HR professional, I get why companies want this. I do. I also think they have been lied to by every single firm selling this shit. AI can't replace people. If you don't have people involved in the human side of the process than your business shouldn't be.

Ran into this a few times while unemployed recently and even though my savings was rapidly dwindling I still refused to engage with that shit. Great filter for only finding candidates that will unquestioningly put up with your company's insane dehumanizing bullshit culture I guess.
