But it seems pretty straightforward that the boys who made and shared the pictures should be suspended or expelled. Might amount to criminality under the law, too.
Not sure what the result would be, under these facts, but it’s worth a look.
I confused it with the 2002 one because I vaguely remembered an opinion that came down when I was in law school that dealt with simulated CSAM.
IIRC, it said that since no minors were involved, Ferber didn’t apply. But ConLaw was 21 years ago.
Please stop criminalizing underage people.
"Boys will be Boys" ain't it, chief.
your statement is textbook pathology
also object strongly to your word “chief”
the reasoning of the violation backing up your pathology exactly demonstrates the transaction of uploading a photo to a site for processing and that site willingly accepting the upload to respond with a nude
laws are very clear in differentiating violence
by not differentiating violence your pathology is even more starkly clear
phones do not have triggers
you are writing nightmares for children just as those app developers are undressing minors
it’s not even section 230 since no posting
Very unexcited for my boys to hit puberty.

Can't believe I didn't even think of this scenario until now
What's the liability of the company if their algo is being fed CP and they don't scrape it I wonder....
This shit is fucked up, don't do it."
Might be a place for parents to start.
My point is simply that everything STARTS with talking to your kids.
This ISN'T rocket science! 🙄
