Of the ones I've used? Probably HEL. YTZ gets points for ease of access (although that's not really a good thing for the rest of the city) and overall smolness.

I'd have to say Cork. Quick, stress-free and with extremely friendly staff always welcoming you home after landing. Also lucky enough for it to be my local!

Honestly I kinda enjoy flying in and out of Newark for international way more than JFK. And the newest LGA terminal is quite nice.

Istanbul airport is quite nice too. Great food.
