We’re trying to use up the batch cooked dinner to make room n the freezer so tonight is chicken and veg curry with a jacket potato. Not rice, because we had chilli and rice yesterday.

Something dad used to knock up when mum ceded control of the Sunday roast. Heat your oil, bung in whole or sliced garlic cloves, let go golden, add shredded cabbage so it sizzles, splash of water, raisins/sultanas, sliced almonds optional. Lid on for a bit! Basically Sicilian vibes!
