UPDATE: The horse appears to belong to the people across the road, who have driven out in an ATV to get the horse. They are now perp-walking him down the road.

There is a horse loose in the neighborhood. We do not know which neighbor it belongs to. It is just wandering around grazing and occasionally checking fences to see if it’s supposed to be on the other side.

She ate my tea roses. Su flowers. Zucchini starters. Bell peppers...
We know who she belongs to but she has eluded capture and her owner doesn't rightly give a crap.
I don't want a llama, but I'd rather have her here than injured/hurt/suffering.
The horse is always unrepentant.
(But ponies more so. Ponies are defiant.)
From what I've seen, that's the default.
