Toronto's BikeShare program is great in many ways. But its tracking of distance wildly under-counts almost every time. Yesterday I rode 13km from Woodbine/Danforth to the TFC game & it recorded 8.4km. Surely that's a data problem for justifying itself, for operational planning & expansions?
