I was visiting Oregon from Alaska. I was wearing sandals, tromping around dew covered grass when I took this. By my standards, no. It was about 40F/4C and a light breeze.
Waves, spin and atmos. optics are my jam. A visual metaphor. Up top is the linear waves rolling in. The bottom half is abrupt, nonlinear interactions with obstacles and forces with drastic adjustments. But the wavelets reach shore then return to the sea for another go. As with waves, such is life.

I'm also a fan of the individual blades of grass trembling slighting in the breeze. Good counter-programming for winter.
