I've some strange tastes. One of my favourite ever films from when I was quite young is The Killing Fields. War central, but not a battlefield-fest.
Greencrest made some belters.
The two Malicks I like are "Tree Of Life" and "Badlands". "Tree Of Life" could use a trim in the Sean Penn segments, though.
