My experience is no. The officer who signs the affidavit will say “law enforcement” for all other officers present, and the document will read like Supercop did everything while other unnamed officers kinda stood around doing vaguely helpful things. There are ways for them to evade naming officers.

Anytime someone is arrested paperwork is generated in some form that will ID the arresting agents. Incident or interview reports, affidavits submitted for a criminal complaint. In a non criminal immigration case all of that paperwork can be obtained through litigation or FOIA
