I think Twitter has a similar problem of people making bad-faith takes on a twisted moral of "if I scream at you enough, the world's ills will ebb", but offers more perceivably gratifying outs while Bluesky's only got "Just keep blocking."

Comes off as requiring a curated/sterilised environment.
