Funny enough, I'd also recommend I-ching. Tho you have to strip out the mysticism and within lies an interesting epistemology and ontology of phenomenon.
Gregory Bateson and, with him, all the Palo Alto school of psychotherapy, Watzlawick, Erickson, etc. But Bateson went beyond psychology, applying his concepts of change to biological evolution.
