Ways and Means Chair Jason Smith refuses to read a line from Republican's legislation that would provide a tax break for owners of tanning beds.

Can we get the author of this bill? It would be great to have a little context in why tanning and silencers get a tax break when the poorest get a tax hike.
Even though they have no shame. Their constituents will see it.
