While I wait for severance to be dolled out might as well make the Apple TV worth it so started to watch Silo last eve & 2 episodes in, into it. Created by Elwy Yost’s son even.

Excellent show & many physical sets were created adding a visual authenticity to the overall feel of the show. Season 1 ep.3 is a barn-burner of an action episode and will get you hooked. #Silo
Enjoyed both seasons of Silo quite a bit! Moves slowwwly at times, though. Probably benefits from a “binge” rather than watching week-to-week as it was released, to be honest.
Won’t spoil, but a quintessential Gen X actor joins the cast in the second season and is *excellent.*
I liked Silo – but I liked Foundation even more. It's another solid sci-fi series (based on the books) on Apple TV. Probably up your alley if you like Severance + Silo!
Graham Yost is a 2-time Emmy winner and Peabody Award winner and Golden Globe winner who wrote my favorite episode of Band of Brothers (The Breaking Point) and even though he's older than me on top of that... I'll always think of him as Elwy Yost's kid and I presume he'd actually be fine with that.
Also an excellent accolade!
I grew up in ON too, so his Dad was hosting "Saturday Night at the Movies" from the year before I was born (1974) until the year I got my MA (1999) so Graham was already on my list of great people based on "He's Elwy Yost's son" at least a few years before Speed came out.
Just finished the first season and i’m really enjoying it! The super darkly lit scenes drive me bonkers but it’s really good. It gets even better in ep 3!
