Thank you for writing about this. Just one note about the comments. The county legislature actually will not be voting on this plan. If you go back into my blog, you’ll see that I raised a question about why we are not voting on the plan before I knew that all of these details.

No worries! I made it a footnote when it probably should have been a larger point. But I always get worried about packing too much in. It means a lot you found value in what I’m doing. Substack started to fill gaps in info-feels like few watching leg.
