It requires you break your brain in a certain way to use, and the devs have stewed in it for so long that I can only assume it's been deemed acceptable. But an emulator UI shouldn't have to be a thing one has to learn!

more confusing is I guess some DVC games work on the MiSTer if they don't actually use it for video and only RAM, or something. I know very little about this console in general. 😐 It's the only "weird" 90s console I never got to use in person

Thanks, going through the World of CD-i to find out is a pain. A few games I've seen touted as being the best of the CD-i ended up needing the DVC so it's good to know I have some stuff to try out
