I was honoured tonight to be given the award for International Pro Bono Barrister of the Year at the Advocate Awards, for my work with Adam Rose for families of British and British-linked hostages in Gaza. Congratulations to everyone shortlisted who all have done amazing, impactful work.

Without knowing much about US law, this seems right to me. Seems a massive overreach of executive power if using an emergency declaration.
