Is there a reason you’re choosing to be an asshole about this?

I’m so proud of your son for realizing that Perfect Dark is far superior to Goldenyeye 007🥹

The right also spent decades working to seize the Supreme Court, which doesn’t fall under my definition of “easy”…. And I can’t help but remember the leftists who casually dismissed arguments about the importance of being able to appoint justices…

I don’t even think it was that - the litter was there to quickly clean up the blood…

I assumed it was an explanation for the language barrier 🤷♂️

And yet I managed to blame the airline company entirely based only on the info in Will’s thread🤷♂️
comment in response to
post
I guess, but somehow I managed to figure out the immigrant wasn’t at all to blame from Will’s thread alone. Maybe that’s because I made some bad assumptions and never “actually” figured it out, and got lucky, I guess.

Didn’t he explain later that was because the instructions were only in English? But again, I read that statement/thread and never thought any actual blame/responsibility was on the worker - seemed clear they never could’ve known
comment in response to

I personally didn’t read that statement, or the following thread, as him “blaming” the immigrant in any sense🤷♂️

(It seemed ridiculously clear yo me that the real blame was the airline manufacturer itself, but again, maybe too much blind faith on my part…)
comment in response to

…was he actually blaming the immigrant for this? I just assumed that was a detail to help explain why they couldn’t read the instructions (but maybe I gave him too much faith here…)

I suppose there’s no real chance, but I’d love to see them all blubbering on the stand about “just following orders” someday…. And the utterly unhinged meltdowns when they’re found guilty…

Then it should trivial for you to show the gov’t s work here, right?
comment in response to

Due Process is an obligation for the government to show its work, nothing more. The government’s target is irrelevant.

Say what you will about Republican Party practices towards voting, there’s still only a handful of cases of in-person voter fraud amongst R voters nationwide. It’s absolutely upticked since Trump got involved, but it’s still generally a minuscule number of cases overall.
comment in response to
post
That part of the process already exists; it’s how you register to be a voter in the first place. So maybe you and Dipshit Jared can get together and do better homework next time🤷♂️

At least amongst millennials, I think it was very well understood Canada's contributions to NATO and the soldiers they lost to support us. I knew that back during GWOT it was just a fact? I knew the stories of the people they comforted during 9/11 airspace closure.
Trump is a fucking traitor.

Shouldn’t that diagram be reversed, since the Harris campaign died but the leftists are still here?

Thanks - that was my conclusion as well…. But this definitely isn’t my expertise!

Well, turns out I’m not all that skeptical of the report!! Of course, I also don’t think it proves what you think it proves, or that it’s remotely germane to a discussion of the variety of foodstuffs available now versus then, so I’m just gonna stop engaging with you moving forward.
comment in response to
post
I haven’t read that report yet, but it sounds like it contradicts about 99% of my lived experience back then…. So I suspect I’ll be damned skeptical even after I’ve done so. But we’ll see! I assume YOUR lived matches that report exactly though, right?
comment in response to
post
Even with the new negatives, we’re still much better off.
comment in response to

Then how the hell are you so goddamned ignorant of what the food market was actually like back then? Yes, there’s a bunch of shit that’s bad and unhealthy, but there’s also been a huge increase in the variety of food available, fresh food easily available year-round, organic & free range, etc.
comment in response to

So…. No, you weren’t alive back then, correct?

You’re too fucking stupid to figure out who the Nazis actually are, so maybe sit the fuck the down and shut the fuck up and let the actual adults do the Nazi fighting. You’ll just fuck it up and accidentally a puppy or something.

I’d suggest you re-read the article, personally - it’s a very subtle and nuanced argument. Def worth a re-read!

Speaking as a chem PhD, we’re VERY capable of believing utterly ignorant nonsense. So please stop dropping those credentials as if they mean a damn thing in this context.
