i think they might have fixed the g5 in the last couple of weeks (i feel like i saw videos pop up around it) but the g4 is a fantastic tv, and possibly much cheaper. you might check dealers in your area (or, like, costco).

more specifically, as much as i know people like to paint pitchford as the bad guy in this borderlands pricing "debate," i think there's just as much chance that he was on the side fighting to keep borderlands 4 from being sold for $80 (and his posting through it probably influenced the final call).
