Today I’ve learnt anti-trans organisation, FiLiA, whose website claims they’re challenging “sex-based injustices” (and count JK Rowling among their speakers), is due to hold its annual conference at the Brighton Centre in October. I’ve emailed my concerns. [email protected] I said:

@itsloulou43.bsky.social asked me to record for her podcast a while back. I’ve already cancelled once. Today I almost cancelled again, I’ve been feeling so dejected of late, but I’m so glad I went ahead. Louise made me feel nourished and understood. Isn’t that wonderful and what we all deserve?

Yesterday I was delighted that the new leaf on a monstera that I bought from a supermarket a few weeks back has splits on it, because the original leaves don’t. My new leaf is a sign the plant is happy. I’m a good monstera mummy. Today this is not enough. I went to the lake to swim. Still sad.

I really don’t think it’s discussed enough that the result of Maya Forstater’s employment tribunal said her “gender critical” beliefs were legally held as long as she didn’t discriminate against or misgender trans people, and she’s spent every single fucking day since the judgement doing just that.

Please take a few minutes to complain to the BBC about the dreadful article where they give Maya Forstater free reign to wax lyrical on the delusion of being trans. She is a ghoul. And she is wrong. The BBC are complicit in spreading lies and hate by allowing her to be quoted unchallenged. 🤬🤬🤬
