I almost never preorder items. But when I saw @steelwithteeth.bsky.social’s campaign for the zombie cat plushies around Christmas, the little alters in my system begged for one. It’s finally arrived (at the same time as an unrelated purchase from CheekyChooch on Etsy) and they LOVE it.

I'm sad to share that the trans vet that took her life outside the VA last week was apparently Elisa Rae Shupe. She's someone many of us know - she was responsible for the mass email leak that let us know how the ADF, Heritage, etc planned to enact trans eradication we see today. RIP Elisa.

Back in the day when I did copy/data for Sears.com - EA sent us a doc that broke an upload because someone did a search/replace for "EA" and changed it to "Electronic Arts." In a 3k-line doc for a promotion at SEARS (note spelling). This pushed all the fields outside their character limit.

The way folks say "the first groups targeted are always [x marginalized groups]" but in Nazi Germany the first 100 people in concentration camps were German Communists. The first concentration camp at Dachau was opened to imprison political opponents of Nazis. It is worth checking these things.
