I’m curious to know how he leans politically and whether that time shaped his views.

No particular personal crisis or transition at the time I can recall. But I did start digging more into Forteana some time within the next year after. But I’ve had many sleep paralysis/hypnagogic experiences before that since I was a teen.

The OBE itself was strange, too. I found myself floating up towards the ceiling where there was this big square of white light that didn’t hurt my eyes. When I got close enough to feel like I was entering it, I was suddenly slammed back down into my body, and that’s when the Jawa came in.

Quite possibly. But I don’t trust anything Corbel says, either. Anyone that unquestionably believes Bob Lazar at his word demands more scrutiny.

I had to go look it up since it’s been so long since I’ve seen it and holy shit, that is pure Forte.

Also, this sounds like he’s trying to co-opt the Bledsoe narrative with this 2027 date.

So what is this document from the 70s he’s referring to?

…holding something like how Michael Meyers holds a knife before stabbing them. As it started to swing around the bed frame I snapped out of sleep paralysis and hid under the covers until I felt it was gone. But it had the exact shadowy profile of a Jawa.

I finished listening to this episode today and your story about the Jawa you saw reminded me of my own Jawa encounter that happened immediately after returning to my body after an OBE experience one night. It came into my room and walked past the foot of my bed holding something…

“Kennedy” in the old tongue meant “Head Wound.” Think about that.

Definitely top tier just for this moment.

What is the first mention of “Draconians” in UFO literature?

Dr. Phil dipping his toes into UFOlogy will blow up in his face harder than interviewing the “Catch Me Outside” girl.

Not just Trump, but dipshit wannabe Trumps like Ron DeSantis.

Ahmed Best hinted there was more to Jar Jar that was going to be explored, but the fan reaction to him was so bad that George scrapped the idea.

Schmidt was definitely a grifter, but the detail about how the aliens spoke in high German always felt like one of those out-of-place details you find in Fortean events. One would expect a made up story to be full of tropes, but why THAT detail rather than some made up language or English?

Well now…I hope Fred Crisman gets a mention.

I’ve always felt Arnold was unknowingly used to help cover up an environmental disaster caused by a clandestine program nearby. Palmer was probably contracted to help carry it out.

Did he have a prior connection to Palmer before the original sighting?

Is there something in particular that makes you think Arnold might’ve been a scammer?

Williamson also had that book of supposed radio contacts with space brothers. Did someone run an op on him, or was he part of it and it was aimed at the other witnesses he mentions?

Orfeo Angelucci was also Lockheed.

I want to know who was behind the infamous Ashtar BBC news broadcast interruption. Did some spook group also co-opt Ashtar for a psyop experiment in the UK?
comment in response to

I thought it might’ve been Van Tassel, but I wasn’t sure. I think I was I confusing the years that it happened.
comment in response to

Was it by EH? Hard to keep track since so many seem to be claiming contact with that particular name.

Is this the earliest mention of Ashtar within the contactee circles?

I have the same problem as you: too many threads and too little time to wonder off before finishing.

I dunno. For someone who wrote ‘Sinister Forces’, his glowing portrayal of the CIA in his Lovecraft fan fiction has had me with a raised eyebrow for the past few years. Plus, I’m not sure his grim-dark interpretation fits the whole phenomenon; maybe a slice of it.
