Formerly of the birdsite as Apark2453, but staking my claim to the full name! Lawyer, overanalyzer of godawful subcultures, always up to dunk on some chuds. If you’re into all of that too… I’m sorry, but welcome friend!

The idea that in order to be a heroine a woman must be less feminine/girly seems like reinforcement of the idea that only traditionally masculine traits/people can be heroic.

How dare we accurately describe the overall effect of chatbots on the world, the environment, and society rather than pretend it can only be judged by specific “use case”?

But I we say that I can’t market my new chatbot as having finally achieved artificial general intelligence and being so much like skynet that I have bombs strapped to the servers just in case.

I hope to god with all my heart that my fears are misplaced. Statistically the number of members of the military who do godawful shit is small. But not knowing whether that’s because they would refuse the order to do it, or simply haven’t been ordered to do it, leaves me disquieted.

I’ll ask again, when are you claiming democrats stopped (meaning to cease and not resume, to clear up apparent confusion) voting to help Trump’s nominees?
comment in response to post
If the democrats stopped voting to help Trump’s nominees in February, how are they voting for his nominees in June? Did they only stop for a little bit?

“You won’t be laughing when we fail to filibuster to stop this bill from passing and ruining people’s lives”

When are you claiming the democrats stop voting to confirm Trump’s nominees? 19 of them voted to confirm one three days ago.

It’s difficult to not want to see everything as some kind of deeper plot when the surface plot is so fucking stupid.
