So so true. So so sad. My baby sister had to have a heart transplant, it's was absurdly expensive and such a difficult, complicated process. If she wasn't on my mom's healthcare plan, she would have died a slow, painful, long death.

I was smiling too...it didn't take a genius to figure out why this guy was targeted and shot. I mean people, come on, wake up! They are killing us. I am not surprised someone decided to kill them back.

The US healthcare system is a quagmire that seems to swallow up every valiant effort to reform it even at its surface; not to mention any brave (naive) souls that think they can change it from within. Too much money to be made by a greedy few for it to ever work efficiently for the masses.
