Happy Juneteenth! I learned of it in 90s Houston at the Williams Tower cafeteria because they had a Juneteenth menu of oxtails, greens, blackeyed peas, catfish, and macncheese. The surprise culinary Blackassery made me so happy. I spent the afternoon looking it up while fighting the -itis.
