This is counterproductive. People who support Trump need decent, socially conscious people in their life more than ever. Humiliating them will only make the problem worse.

And there's still people out there who can't see his value 🤦🏽‍♂️

Yeah economically it has. Financial crisis, Brexit, and a pandemic will do that. Also means there's plenty of head room for growth. Nowhere on earth I'd rather be despite the challenges.

1 crude metric does not an argument make.

Agreed. Can't let anyone in, need to invest in impoverished communities. Lots of head room for growth and optimism. We've been brainwashed into thinking everything is terrible because fear sells. It isn't.

I don't agree with any of it btw. I'm an immigrant. Immigration is a boon. I just want Reform to be neutered and fuck off.

100,000 net is probably the target.

Not saying it's a great win, I'm saying how much more could you have expected it to go down in 18 months?

It's an ugly symptom of a much larger problem that isn't specific to the UK. As a first generation immigrant, I consider myself blessed to live in the UK.
comment in response to post
It's less than half what it was in 2022..
comment in response to post
Says who? Stop believing everything you hear. You don't live here. The UK is a wonderful place to live with problems just like anywhere else.

Genesis is...peculiar...but compelling. Put this album on for the first time last week. Definitely impressive musically, but not quite my bag.

CALMA

Always. Rise, Ethan.

The point is they think being lumbered with an expensive flop is the bigger risk. And I tend to agree.

We're over the hump now man. 20 games between Now and mid-May. Manageable. Nwaneri's emergence and Saka back soon. Calma. Let's see how far we can go and in the summer we'll have our pick of players for the long term.
comment in response to post
That's extremely unlikely isn't it? Midfield and defence is robust and players are coming back. Hardest team to beat with easier fixtures left. You don't spent £100m to avoid the bottom 1% of outcomes.
comment in response to post
Top man, thank you.
comment in response to post
In what remaining fixtures can we change this? Anfield....and?
comment in response to post
I think you'll find our generation is buying more vinyls and turntables than anyone else! 😂
comment in response to post
We've found the players, they weren't available this window. The club has chosen to remain disciplined which they believe will pay dividends in the long-term. It's not sexy, it doesn't scratch the itch, but it may prove to be the wisest thing to do when we look back.

Big tune.

Can it be Victor Wooten?

I've recently rediscovered the Kinks. Would love to learn about The Byrds, could anyone recommend an album or two?
comment in response to post
Yeah I think it opened a lot of doors for Floyd and the like. Definitely has its high points, but I prefer many other Beatles records.
comment in response to post
Personally, I never quite understood why people vaunt this album. I much prefer Rubber Soul, Revolver, and Abbey Road.
comment in response to post
I personally think it's better than Animals and The Wall.
comment in response to post
It has its moments. Meddle is the one I think deserves a full retrospective.

He's brilliant.

I don't understand your point. I don't think you do either. I think you're a very sad, angry, confused person.
comment in response to post
No one is angry or problematic except you. Bizarre how little self-awareness you have.
comment in response to post
Riiiight. I'm the bully said the person calling me a spineless asshole. 😂😭
comment in response to post
Again - for the fourth time - not criticising your opinion, criticising your reaction to other people's objection to how you expressed said opinion. If you want to avoid that, perhaps adding "For me" at the beginning would help end the tears.
comment in response to post
Where have I disputed that?...read my comment and work out what it's in response to...you're doing the exact thing you're accusing me of. As the listener, DO YOUR THINKING.
comment in response to post
Yeah but then don't cry when people challenge what you've said if you can't be bothered to be clear.
comment in response to post
Then say that the first time, instead of declaring your opinion as fact...😂

Why do people care so much about what other people like? Find it excruciatingly annoying. Mind your own business.
comment in response to post
While I hate the guy this sort of attitude is just fuel for him and his supporters. Self-defeating.

Same!

Yeah - some people like things that you think taste bad. 👍🏽

Pretty sure ketchup is included in anything.

The correct way to eat eggs - or anything for that matter - is however the fuck you like.
