The same FBI that helped Trump win in 2016 by reopening the so-called email investigation into Hillary Clinton? Yeah, thanks, no.

Facebook and Google have collected more data over you (i.e., the ordinary American) than any other Chinese company. Also, Facebook and Google monetize your data by reselling it to data brokers, who resell it to China for far cheaper than it would cost them to collect it through TikTok.

The greatest electric bassist of all time was Jaco Pastorius. James Jameson was the greatest bassist of his era, if not of the entire R&B, Funk, Soul and Pop genres. Ron Carter is the greatest acoustic bassist by most accounts, due to his immense body of work, playing and recording across decades.

“Sooner” than possible?

Not the first time someone’s monetized losing followers.

Dude, there are forums and support groups dedicated to such issues. You’re free to ask, just to let you know that if you have issues there are better options than asking on here. At the very least post your ask on the Apple Logic Pro account - not in the ether.

Well, no one’s stuck around so there goes your theory.

Sure because that’s what execs of a multi billion dollar behemoth who’ve ripped half the industry apart (and dumbed it down) have it in their hearts: civic education.

That’s because Michelin is a French company and what do French men love so much they’d drive hours for? Michelin in good conscience couldn’t do a guide about whorehouses (and there were thousands - all legal - all over France then), so they settled for the next best thing: restaurants.

Pretty pathetic - they don’t remember the cover of Dark Side of the Moon (1975) but they remember the Nazi salute (1933) just fine. Talk about a selective collective memory.

As are you mate, as are you.

Isn’t that cute. I don’t see any such posts about Meta (FB, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp collect way more personal data than TikTok) or Google or Twitter. Lack of coherence leads to lack of integrity, no integrity leads to hypocrisy, and we all know who the hypocrite in chief is.

I’ve no idea what this is in reply to (or to whom) but I agree with everything you’ve just said. Makes me think if I wrote something that upset you, it very well might’ve been misunderstood.

B____ please. That’s all social media. And before social media, video games, and before video games: porn. Come back down to earth.

I’m of a similar sentiment - not that the psychopath and racist megalomaniac in question even bothers with sheep’s clothing but I get the analogy.

“Stop hiding people,” and “release” takes a lot of balls (or confidence in the duplicity of the media) to say when they have been hiding 100+ people and not releasing them for well over a year now. Food for thought.

Doesn’t WhatsApp use the Signal encryption protocol?

Division, division, division. Also: stupidity. To quote Yuval Hariri, “if humans are so intelligent, how come we’re so stupid?”

Rudolph is actually a female - as are all the other reindeer - that’s the biochemistry you should be discussing.

Not entirely, no.

You got it wrong - it’s the other way around: “…with Michael’s piano hook and Kenny’s melody line…”

I do! Ashtanga. Many years now. Your point?

It’s more accurate to say, considering slavery and imprisonments throughout recorded history that Freedom is only taken away - not given, not earned. It’s ludicrous to claim one’s freedom needs to be earned.

I don’t think it was Carter who said that originally, but I second the sentiment.

Everyone keeps talking about this adult content - and I’m like, adult? Where? All that I’ve seen are photos of cats, constellations, full moons and black holes. I kid you not.

Interesting view point. Note that not once has Israel (not even this so-called dictator) threatened its neighbors with nuclear weapons, whereas other countries have done so with impunity. Also, not once has IL ever threatened to use (never mind used) chemical weapons unlike its neighbors’ rulers.

Therefore so has every nation on earth - to be fair. Even in Africa, to this day. Google the Luo people, Museveni and Lari in Congo, Acholi, Nuer, Dinka, Karamojong, Kikuyu… It’s important to keep your eyes, ears and mind open - but also your heart. Just a thought. And don’t forget to Google!

As well you would if your neighbor’s stockpile of missiles and chemical weapons suddenly fell into the hands of a small army whose leader swore allegiance to Al Qaeda. It’s important to think things through in life - if one wants to secure a future for one’s family and friends. Imagine that.

We are not central no, but just as we can and have caused irreparable damage, we can also be the cause of reparable or healing action.

An attack on a military target is not a terrorist attack - let’s get that clear. Attacks outside of a conflict and on civilians are. Food for thought.

Precisely.

Only one of those two is legal though, thanks to corrupt politicians. Guess which.

Apparently this is based on SYR9218 (a 40 year old Ilyushin II-76T cargo plane) vanishing from flight trackers. Assad was in Moscow Nov 28 and is rumored to have fled to and was last seen in Iran. Not exactly fake news but wrong or misleading assumption.

That’s a limited way to look at it - if I may. First, “the editors select the featured subject in a "secretive process,” which sounds random until you factor in that nearly every serving president of the US has been a Person of the Year (at least once). I’ll just leave that there.
comment in response to post
Ain’t that the truth.

Let’s not forget - for context - that this fine institution of a magazine also chose Hitler (1938) and Stalin (1939) as Person of the Year. Yeah.

Michael McDonald - because you can pick him out amongst 3-4 other background vocalists. In a busy mix. Good luck doing that with any other “distinct voice.”

Depends on your definition of “records.” If you mean albums, that’s a hard no (on any of them). If you mean albums and singles, still a hard no. Not sure where you’re getting your numbers - but I’d question and ask for sales receipts. Rule of thumb: check the RIAA Diamond certifications. Good luck.

And vice versa - mandatory actually.
