Two more times than it deserves, tbh!
Think @drsamsummers.bsky.social and I could have done two hours on Lagoon. Uni-versity (alternative title: Monsters University) sits on the back-burner for now though!

Yeah, I’ve always appreciated Filoni’s notion that it’s less direct time travel, more access to information (across time and space) through the Force. Using it as a cheat of time / immortality feels like Sith behaviour!
Gotta say, I don’t love the Mortis arc. Hoping Ahsoka S2 turns that around.

Lovely read! On a similar note have you seen My Old Ass? (I know, I know, a sentence nobody should ever have to type.) Came out last year, is streaming on Prime, sub-90 mins, super funny and warm, and deals with this *exact* idea. Can recommend!

I wonder if this is because of the specific nature of Andor, or if there's a notion internally – after The Acolyte and Skeleton Crew – that simply getting the Star Wars hardcore on board isn't enough these days. The numbers they want means going beyond the usual Star Wars audience.

Haven't seen the finale yet but completely agree, have absolutely loved it. Don't know how Spider-Man keeps feeling infinitely fresh when we've had so many iterations, but this is both new and classic at the same time in such a satisfying way.
