Just because it's functional doesn't necessarily mean it's not art.

No, but I'm a little impressed with myself that I still understood the question 15 years after taking Spanish and almost never using it. I might even see if I can find it somewhere to listen.

If I were another automaker, dealer, service center, other ev related business, solar or battery company that was hiring, I'd be directly recruiting tesla employees. I'd probably do some sales or promos targeting tesla customers, too.

I was a little surprised how easy the Libby app makes adding multiple libraries' cards.
And I just put a hold on an audiobook that my local library doesn't have, but one of the others does.

Some of the applications are really easy. Some seem to suggest that you can only apply in person if you don't live in that library district.
I looked at big out of state library systems where you can pay a fee. But if I can get more free, I'll try that first.

Everett public library's card application was quick and easy. And I already borrowed my first audiobook from there, Translation State, by Anne Leckie. It has a 2 week wait at my regular library.

Thanks. I almost exclusively listen to audiobooks. I just found that it works far better for me than making time to physically read. But sometimes my library doesn't have certain titles, and some books just aren't available in audio format.

I got sidetracked with other things after applying for King County and Seattle public library cards. It seems there are 12 library systems with reciprocal agreements that I could get cards from. I'm not sure if I want to get them all.

I spent a few hours out in the woods. It was a much better way to spend my time.

RFK Jr. has had all of his own children vaccinated (he confirmed this 3 weeks ago). He just wants other people to not vaccinate their children. Especially Black people for some reason… He even required his guests to get COVID vaccines before coming to his party. www.thedailybeast.com/robert-f-ken...

Yep. I've picked up a bunch of tools, several guitars that just needed minor repairs, and other music gear over the last year, too.

I check the sewing and craft section of goodwill every time I go, especially $1.99 tag day. I have a 1 gal bag of zippers I found a few months ago, various pieces of fabric for possible projects, paint, pencils, more. Doesn't work when you need specifics right away, though.

I've bought things at Ben Franklin in Monroe several times. Staff are always helpful, even if they don't always have what I'm looking for. And they've steered me in a better direction after telling them what I was trying to do a couple times, too.
