Post-law is a good way to put it. There are some (in a different tax bracket than me, obvi) who have the ability to get the laws changed to their benefit. Or, for whom the traditional penalties aren’t all that meaningful. For them, they get to live in a post-law environ. The rest of us tho…

In the last five months or so, some of these very same people have been very casual with contractual obligations - even if it meant destroying livelihoods and lives (eg USAID). Sad!

Just skimmed it. Uhh. No. There is no way. If she is even close to being correct, then every piece of legislation in DE that impacts on corps will require a 2/3 majority to become law. Basically, all of DE’s regulatory structure is already unconstitutional. Haha!
