But now I’ve been watching youtube videos about communal living. Like if you have 8-12 adults it gets very cost-effective to hire a private chef a few times a week to do the bulk of grocery shopping and meal prep…

Living with a partner and her meta is really nice! Splitting rent, utilities, groceries, chores, cooking duties, etc. We all work service jobs but we have enough of a margin that even if one person is out of work for a couple months we don’t need to panic.

I have a friend who was stuck on a puzzle. She had the right solution but thought it was wrong because she was simply inputting it correctly. Might be useful if you can get a friend to just watch you play and see if you missed something with the UI or an object you didn’t realize was interactable.

That’s not a double edged sword! That’s a good ass sword!!! The sword it maybe not quite as light and sharp as it could be, but it’s not actively cutting you???

Have you played the Japan-exclsuive DS sequel Chibi Robo Clean Sweep? There’s a solid fan translation available. It follows the daughter from the original game after she moves into her own home!

I just watched a few youtube videos. If you can copy-paste things into a linux terminal it’s dead simple.
I also use Portainer, it’s a friendlier web-based GUI for Docker.

You could probably install Docker and then configure each part as a separate docker container.

Weird complaint but it’s annoying how notepad++asks to update once a month with a bug popup and needs to restart after updating. I know there’s settings for this, but the default behavior sucks.

Sunshine Heavy Industries? It’s heavier on the ship-building puzzle aspects than management sim, but very fun. store.steampowered.com/app/1542810/...

Yeah, I’m just not looking. Looking at the numbers is gambling. Gambling is the mind-killer.

There’s a subreddit for it with an FAQ, a list of surgeons, and if you search you can find some first-hand post-op accounts. www.reddit.com/r/salmacian/...

Try a game jam. Find a team if you can. It’s easier and more fun with other people, even if they also have 0 experience.
