Nope. They put us in this prison. They did it knowingly. One natural and logical consequence for them is being ostracized by us. If we have to bear it then they sure as hell can.

Choir Practice --our tiny Unitarian choir had Tuesday night practice. 8 women aged 70 to 19 with sweet voices singing "Sounds of Silence." The joy for me was that my daughter, my two granddaughters, and I make up half the choir.

I lost my Wilder Cat last Novmber. Big chrping irritating smart tabby. Getting a feral mom and her remaining kitten in a couple weeks. I asked for the biggest tabby boycat of the litter. And the young mom because I knew no one would want her. I hope you find who you are looking for.

No. I am 70 and have lived all my life in this exceedingly imperfect nation--as all nations are. I love my country, but I am not party allied or blind, deaf and dumb. I think and learn no matter which way the road leads.

Unfortunately, not all are boomers. I was born in 1954. Liberal leaning independent my entire voting life, which began at age 18 in 1972. Lots and lots of boomers abhor Trump & MAGA. Lots & lots of people born between 1968 and 2005 support them. Stop blaming one generation. Plenty of stupid for all.

Sigh. Some people are not imprisoned. They are here on legal permits. Some are citizens. Deportation means they are not citizens or have not a legal right to be here, so therefore they can be returned to their country or origin, not just be sent to some camp in any country we pay to take them.
