Imagine if Canada had to tolerate DJT for ~4 long years, how hard it would be to tolerate PP too?

Abuse is another common factor of firing employees b/c the boss is the bully & if employee stands up to them, they'll be fired. If boss is a narcissist, bad fit
References from your workplace means the system allows bad bosses to kill careers. Bad bosses don't see themselves as the problem /3

Med discrimination in employment happens when employer refuses to hire, promote, or accommodate an employee due to a med. condition, whether physical or mental. Failing to make accommodations, denying promotions, or engaging in harassment or a hostile work envir't b/c of a med. condition /2 #ableism

It's usually b/c bad bosses, mgmt, toxic workplaces, discriminations (classism, sexism, racism, ableism, medical discrimination), bosses that demand employees commit unethical, immoral, law breaking acts, rebuff sexual advances, report employment law violations & health & safety violations /2

I tell people my history when I introduce myself at work or volunteering somewhere. I educate people about the different Asian ethnic groups too. There is no tolerance for ignorance.

Many Chinese Canadians came to Canada as The (Vietnam) Boat People refugees (same for Asian Americans). Our history is not spoken about either. Intergenerational traumas. Unprocessed traumas. It's still reverberating long past that war that changed Asia.

It was supposed to be employees slowly retiring or contract ending over a few years, to slim down the workforce.
So far, it's been CRA the most layoffs, then Immigration IRCC, Health Canada, more CRA, ESDC's passport, now DoJ. Many more cuts to come. This is as bad as PP's cuts.

It's because the unionized employees fought for their labour rights and won the strike, that the employer wants to show who's the real boss, so terminate workers as a show of force in reality. How dare they demand better pay & benefits, etc. That means the rest of Cdns will get that too /2 #cdnpoli

They can take in VIPs for official visits. The PM gets one and so does the Speaker.

OMG, Trump and Musk were interchangeable in my brain 😂
Yeah, they may try to deport him to Canada. But knowing Trump and his bruised ego, he would rather send Musk to South Africa, far far away so that he can't compete with Trump, AND S. Africa isn't as amazing as Canada.

An action very important these days as the spread of transphobia, homophobia spreads around the world. Many towns and cities have passed laws banning the LGBTQ flags

There are several more anti-Chinese racism and massacres of Chinese people in the USA throughout American history for more than 500 years and even in recent history of 100 years.

I read about this white supremacist massacre of Chinese people of Rock Springs, I can't remember if it was on Next Shark or one of the other Asian-American online news. I read up on anti-Chinese racism, while at home during the anti-Chinese pandemic
