So strange workplace health & safety aren't hot, sexy subject matter employees jump @ but DEI is. Accessibility isn't. People want to pad their resume w/ sexy committees they're on. DEI gets paid during work hrs. H&S doesn't. The dept's accessibility committee, I didn't asked to be paid. Lots of /1

Today's townhall showed stereotypes about layoffs. People believe that you get laid off b/c of your performance, or seniority. It's about operational needs, if 0 work, your job is cut People always think that if an employee is fired, it's the employee, not the boss, mgmt., toxic workplace /1

Sigh, more job cuts. Last yr, it was promised a total of 5000 jobs over 4 yrs, but since then, it has been over $10,000 jobs since 1 year. It's normal practice to use e-signatures of your boss to sign work documents. It's general business practice. #USpoli DJT should know that. My healthcare professionals' clinic staff use to sign for clients' receipts, used to submit claims. My political bosses had them. I had delegated authority
