I knew there was a push from wellness influencers on using tallow in cooking, but I learned this weekend from a family gathering that a lot of people are using it as sort of a “cure-all” for skin conditions. Bruises, eczema, etc. It was peculiar.

My mom runs a funeral home and our county’s medical examiner was calling around asking who had space in their freezers because me they were full. She later helped bury her aunt and uncle in a double funeral because they both died of Covid days apart. Those memories seem worse than wearing a mask.

I didn’t know this. The stupid stat is still making the rounds. I saw it referenced recently at a medical conference.

I had a conversation with someone who had this exact mindset. He fundamentally rejected the term “public servant” for government scientists , because they are paid positions. He wouldn’t accept that people actually do science to help people.

I wonder if the CNN executives saw the notoriety of Kornacki at MSNBC and are pushing for Enten to fill that role for them. On podcasts he always seemed very levelheaded to me.
