I used to work for 3M, and the legend of how Scotch Guard was invented is a widely told story. A scientist spilt a whole beaker of chemicals on her shoe, and when she walked to her car later, the melted snow beaded up and her shoe didn’t get wet. The other shoe was soaked and freezing. 🥶

Robert Patrick is the man. During the scenes with him running after Arnold, he’s really running and they had to reshoot several scenes because he’s so fast he caught up with Arnold on the bike. That would be movie over if he did that 🤣

I take it a step further. We have been idolizing fictional characters in books and movies forever. I do the same with video game chars. Johnny Silverhand is the GOAT. So is Aloy. I love that games engender that kind of feeling.
