But all of it was intensely stupid. Conflation of bin Laden with Iraq. Power point of fabricated evidence. UK ignoring mass opposition. Freedom fries. Blame Canada. What happened to the (Dixie) Chicks. Mission accomplished. Hugh Grant's turn as PM in Love Actually (yet I still love it).

Is it true the US had put some sort of proposal on the table for a regional nuclear programme from which each state, including Iran, could take am appropriate amount of enriched uranium for energy purposes, and proposed it could be on Iranian territory? (Heard an academic say so on a podcast.)

It wasn't just the perpetrators; many violent groups sprung up during the 60's and positively contributed toward the cause. Malcolm X anybody? Black Panthers? Weather Underground? Any of this-a ringin' a bell?

My personal opinion: Annual Highway Code refresher test. Driving test every 10 years, rising to every 5 years at retirement age. Massive investment in safe bike lanes and public transport so losing your licence doesn't result in disaster.

YES. Continuation of driving license should be dependent on it.

It doesn't say anything that her ulcerative colitis makes her unable to eat any of the food served - and I'm sure it would if that was the case. I went to Greece and they served me Greek food is not deserving of even a particle-sized violin.

Yup "no English food" means no imitation cafs with massive Union Jacks serving up poor quality heart attacks on a plate... and hopefully no people like her.
