Is it true the US had put some sort of proposal on the table for a regional nuclear programme from which each state, including Iran, could take am appropriate amount of enriched uranium for energy purposes, and proposed it could be on Iranian territory? (Heard an academic say so on a podcast.)

Annual Highway Code refresher test.
Driving test every 10 years, rising to every 5 years at retirement age.
Massive investment in safe bike lanes and public transport so losing your licence doesn't result in disaster.
