*tut*, because we have a series of mysterious-looking statues and masks that look like them, silly. It says so in the article.

More commonly known as the Rosette Nebula, NGC 2237, Caldwell 49.

The colours may have been manipulated and some contrast changes. That's about it. The Nebula is red to the eye but using a mono astro camera and different physical filters can produce different but real colours

Most astrophotos are edited but usually just contrast and colour, usually to match Hubble's colour palette. The nebula is red to the eye but with the use of physical filters, you can highlight certain gases in the nebula. When combined with other filters they can produce different colours. My image⬇️

He didn't post it, he's just correcting the OP who is using another astrophotographer's image without permission. It's not NASA's image. The image is sometimes called the Skull Nebula but it's more commonly called the Rosette Nebula. Just look it up on Google.

Not sure if the account is AI or not but the image is very much real. It's incorrectly named though. It's not taken by NASA though. Just look up Rosette Nebula.

Not a lie, don't be a moron. I took this myself and I ain't NASA.

Not this time. It's the Rosette Nebula. OP is using an astrophotographer's image without permission and saying it's NASAs. I took this one. It's not far from the Orion constellation in the sky.

Not really photoshopped... it does look like a skull too but it's called the Rosette nebula.

Someone else's real pictures, wrong nebula name but yeah they're engagement farming.

It's a real image just not the OPs. They're using other people's images.

It's a real image just not taken by NASA. This account is using other astrophotographer's work.

I remember seeing it as a child and thinking that it looked like a small version of Ursa Major. Barely visible with all the light pollution.

The release date is August 2020. I can't believe we have to wait 4 years before we get to see it.

Hi Yogi, basically I used a narrowband filter for it.
The Optolong L-eXtreme with lots of long exposure shots.
