Real talk though — I love the step mill. A slow, plodding cardio is exactly what I’m built for mentally and physically. Could do it for hours. Today I was sweating so much that it felt like I just got out of the bath tub. It’s the most beautiful kind of misery.

I usually get caught up in only seeing the negatives (mostly about myself), but I was looking back at the data of my gym/diet stuff lately and I really need to give myself more credit. Obviously one can always improve, but I am really proud of my discipline and effort lately.

I dreamt that my partner wanted a birthday party themed around glacial paleontology, so I made coconut cupcakes with a chili and white chocolate mouse insert and topped it with a white lime frosting covered in sweetened coconut shavings. New antidepressants brought back normal-ish dreams 🐑
