Let the Club World Cup fail so that FIFA can realize this dynamic pricing model sucks ass.

Nah at very worst they’ll be loaned out again elsewhere. It’s pretty clear they’re not wanted by the manager

I have no idea who the audience for this console is. Casuals are gonna buy Switch cause it’s cheap. The more serious gamers are gonna buy a console or PC. I could easily see this being a Wii U regen and flopping completely.

As a player and a fan I don’t like to see players sent off for a slip. I remember beginning of the season Bruno being sent off for a slip against Spurs. That being said I think the height of the challenge and the fact he’s gone in with both legs like that has done him here

Baldur’s Gate 3 is a great example of a game that is very woke but Gamers™️ turn a blind eye towards. Its almost like they don’t want to confront the fact that their logic is flawed and rooted in ignorance 🤦🏻♂️

Confirms what I’ve said before and why I think this game will fail; who is this game for?

Unironically this is what will get the Gamers™️ away from the alt right pipeline

As a Man United fan, I have to admit greatness when I see it. For me he's the greatest CAM in Premier League history.

IX will always be my favorite. It just captures everything about the series that I love - overelaborate plot lines, flashy abilities, amazing character development, fantastic soundtrack, tech vs. magic; I love it so much

There was a brief period where I didn’t delete it only for when my friends sent me some tweets. The first time I went back I saw one of the most incendiary Nazi posts I ever laid eyes on.
So yeah, I’m not going back. And anything that Elon Musk touches is a no go either.

I think Steam Deck has been very successful. I’ve had mine for about a year and I play it far more than my Switch. Helps me get through my backlog but I can do it sitting on the couch

Tbf people have been saying this for years, yet there are many teams that show the contrary (all three promoted sides in 22/23 staying up, Brentford in 20/21, Brighton 2016/17, etc.). Imo it's a failure to adapt tactics to Premier League football (see Kompany at Burnely) and smart investments

No offense taken - How Americans didn't learn from his first term is beyond me. At this point they're not even trying to do dog whistles, it's a megaphone and somehow his supporters still don't understand/are too (willfully) ignorant to pick it up.

Billionaires worldwide have a combined wealth of $14.2 trillion. They could easily do it. Shoot, Elon alone probably could do it for the next 50+ years with no issue.

Tale as old as the video games industry has been around unfortunately - hire a ton of people for initial development, game releases, they realize they don’t need that much staff to keep the game up and running, the people who helped make the game are let go as a result. Horrendous job security

If we have the ability to terraform Mars we could just save the environment here on Earth. It’s astounding how many people don’t understand that.

Devs have gotten lazy with optimization lately. It’s great to see the opposite for a change where the game looks AND runs great. No matter the reason it got there

Unfortunately they killed their own hype by taking it offline for as long as they did, and when it came back the gameplay felt much worse than the beta. Only themselves to blame

I'm a sucker for games with unique mechanics. What I mean is like Shadow of Mordor/War with the Nemesis system, or Paper Mario with its real time elements in turn-based combat, or Diddy Kong Racing where you can be in a race against three kinds of vehicles at once

The annoying part of it is that beneath the complete 'Disney-fication' of the Dragon Age series (cookie cutter characters, removal of darker story elements, choices that don't feel impactful, and more), there is a game here that could be fun. Combat/environments in particular are well made

I will never understand this logic. Committing two bookable offenses in the same phase of play is extremely rare - most players aren't foolish enough to chance it. The notion that after you commit a bookable offense you have full impunity until the play is stopped is ridiculous.

While it's not a bad game by any means, Bioware played it way too safe. The story is very forgettable and story beats/character arcs were generic. The most interesting character, Solas, is relegated to a side role. Lacked the classic Dragon Age edginess and darker elements.

Gaming can be an addictive the same way anything that makes you feel rewarded can be addictive - as long as it is moderated and isn’t taking precedence over other important aspects of your life, it’s completely fine.
