The Moylough Belt Shrine • Sligo • c.8th Century This shrine was found in a Sligo bog and takes the form of a belt. Each of the plates enclosed a fragment of a simple leather belt that presumably belonged to an early saint. You can see it on display in the National Museum of Ireland
